About Us
We are Andy, Tracey, Edward and Devon; in our spare time we breed and look after a small herd of Alpacas. We have been doing this since November 2005 and. so far, have enjoyed most of it. When we aren't with the Alpacas we are at work, school or playing sport.
We got Alpacas as both Andy and Tracey were essentially town folk, only visiting the countryside for the smells and the pubs. When stepping into lifestyle block ownership we looked at the animals we could have on the land and went for Alpacas, easier to manage than sheep, not as damaging to the land as cows and, if done right, can payback the investment.
After some carefully planned matings we now run 25 Alpacas on our block. Our goals are to breed darker colours, targeting browns and blacks.
We have been leasing males up until 2009 when we started to use Bessborough Agassi for the first time. He has excellent lineage, Aviana Farms Enrico is dad and Flagstaff Charlie Babe is mum. We have had six cria from him 3 boys and 3 girls with colours being black, brown or a multi who looks like a grey (check the photos on the home page).
